By accessing or using Mechlinks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, security of your credentials, and all activity under your account.
3. Platform Role
Mechlinks provides software workflows for customers, artisans, concierge operators, and parts sellers. Service quality and transaction performance remain the responsibility of participating parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, data scraping, abuse, or any unlawful activity.
5. Payments and Fees
Charges, wallet actions, escrow handling, and concierge costs are shown in-app where applicable. You authorize us to process transactions according to the workflow you initiate.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or policy violations.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mechlinks disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material updates become effective when posted with a revised date.
